Who doesn’t enjoy a good ole rodeo? Throughout the year people run to their favorite western wear store to buy the perfect outfits because either the Stampede, Stock Show or Frontier Days came to town…but for the folks of Wyoming-this is a way of life.
Garth Brooks said it best-
Well, it’s bulls and blood
It’s dust and mud
It’s the roar of the Sunday crowd
It’s the white in his knuckles
The gold in the buckle
He’ll win the next go ‘round.
BullRider, Cody Wooldridge would soon have the biggest win of his life. A girl named Lizzy, who he had recently met, would come out the the Mr. T BullRiding in Laramie, Wyoming and watch him take on a 1,700 pound bull. Who knows what Cody scored for points that day, or even if he won the round, but Lizzy did know that when she saw him up on that bull, he was her forever.
She watched BullRiding in the past, but she never loved someone getting on those bulls. Lizzy says it scared the poop out of her to watch him! She wouldn’t be able to live without this man.
Fast forward one year after, Cody found himself back at the Mr. T BullRiding event with the love of his life at his side. He got down on one knee for that girl. Now they are set to spend the rest of their lives together, and we thought what better way to capture their engagement photos than in WY and at some bucking chutes!
